RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) was introduced in the year 2016.The Act required all the promoters to register their ongoing and upcoming projects with the authority with the main motive to protect the interest of the home buyers. The RERA Act brought in a revoulution in the Real Estate Sector.Being completely new, there was a lot of confusion among the Promoters about the process of registration and the documents to be uploaded. As the years have passed now the Promoters as well as the Authorities have becomed more aware and informed about the basic purpose of the Act. Also there are multiple Orders and Circulars issued by the Authority which have brought more clarity for all.The Allottees have also become more aware about their rights and have started using the RERA Portal for verification of the facts and figures presented by the promoters. Quarterly compliance has become mandatory. Non adherance to the same or providing misleading information affects the grading of the Promoters as well as attracts penalty provisions. This has made it necessary for the Promoter to keep their Portal updated at all the time and not provide any misleading information.

Services Offered by us
- In such cases we offer both the outgoing and the incoming promoter with the services starting with the documentation required for obtaining approval from the authorities, obtaining a suitable date of hearing in front of the authorities and attending the same, to making the application for change to make relevant updates on the portal reflecting the introduction of the new promoter.
- We also offer documentation service to the Promoter in case of third party takeover regarding Intimation to the Authority/Allottees,etc.
