Examination (Training & Guidance)
As per the latest circulars of RERA the registered Real estate agents are now required to get acquainted and informed with the latest guidelines to enable compliance of the procedures and obligations incorporated in the guidelines issued by the authorities.
Also as per the provisions of “The Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002” , Real Estate Agents are considered as “the Reporting Entities” and shall have to adhere to the requirement of the Act and maintain proper records and documentation of the transactions entered into. There are certain formats specified for the purpose of reporting of any suspicious transactions which the agents come across as per the provisions of the Act.
For this the RERA has introduced a mechanism wherein the Real Estate Agents are undertaking training and appear for online examinations and obtain “Certificate of Competency” without which no registration or renewal of registration shall be granted to them.
We assist the agents in booking the suitable training and examination slots. On receipt of the Certificate of Competency we make sure that the same is uploaded on the portal as is required as per the rule.
In case the agents even after attending the training are not confident due to several factors such as language barriers, etc we also conduct a summary training slot of five hours in which we explain the basic concepts of RERA, rights and responsibilities of the real estate agents, doubts solving, etc and making them ready to appear for the examination.
