GUIDANCE OF CASE FILING
Under section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, any aggrieved person may file a complaint with the authority or the adjudicating officer, as the case may be, for any violation or contravention of the provisions of the Act or the rules and regulations made thereunder against any promoters, allottee or real estate agent as the case may be.
The provisions of the Act enable the complainant to appear and plead his case either in person or authorize a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary or Any Legal Practitioners or any of its officers to present his case before the authorities by filing a “Memorandum of Authorisation.”
We assist the allotees in filing the complaint with the authorities which is now web based on the thorough study of the case. We attend the hearings and based on the merits of the case ensure favourable outcome to the allotees.
In the state of Maharashtra, we also provide the service of referring the complaints to Maharashtra Conciliation and Dispute Resolution Forum by Maharera to facilitate the resolution of disputes amicably. INTEREST AND COMPENSATION CALCULATION

We help them by with Interest & Compensation calculation which they are eligible to claim from the promoter as per the provisions of the RERA Act. We also guide them with all the possible recourses they can take to recover their compensation from the the promoter and well within the provisions of the act.
PROMOTERS COMPLIANCE CHECK
In order to ensure that the allotted property is free from any legal issues and the promoter is reliable, it is important to conduct a thorough due diligence. Our services include preparing a report on the status of the building approvals obtained by the promoter, which includes verification of premiums paid to the Planning Authority. We also prepare a report on the promoter's past records, including the number of completed projects and projects delivered on time. Our team studies the financial and taxation compliance of the promoter, including the study of the annual report. In addition, we provide a CERSAI report to verify whether there is any charge created on the property and obtain a search report to ensure that the legal title of the property belongs to the allotee and nobody else
