Once the society has appointed a promoter, we provide the following services to the society
- Preparing reports on the status of the building approvals obtained by the promoter this includes verification of Premiums, etc paid by the Promoter to the Planning Authority.
- Providing CERSAI report to verify whether there is any charge created on the property.
- Obtain a Search Report to ensure that the legal title of the property belongs to the allotee and nobody else.
- We also provide a report on whether the promoter has provided complete and accurate details at the time of registration with the RERA authorities.
Also, we verify whether timely updates are done by the promoter as required by law.
